Bruce did not do any work, but he came out to look at my furnace because I had been told by 2 other companies that it needed to be replaced,he recommended that I wait to replace for now and his quote for replacing when the time comes was about 70% of anyone else's , very honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need . Our Water heater busted in the middle of the night and flooded our house.
I had talked to Marlon about Piece of Mind Plumbing a few weeks ago. Called them at 3 am and they were amazing the told me over the phone how to shut the water off. The plumber was at my house in less than an hour. He changed out the water heater and all of the other needed parts. He was very affordable. He was very friendly even at 4 in the morning. Amazing!!!!!! I called Piece of Mind Plumbing on Thursday May 21,2015. The plumber who came out was honest. I told him I knew when he got there my water heater needed to be replaced. The plumber said he would check it out. I just knew I was going to be spending close to $2000 to replace my water heater. The plumber checked it out and told me it was a simple part and it was going to cost a few hundred bucks to put it in and he could be back in the morning. Amazing he could have just listened to me and put in a brand new unit and made some money. Instead he was honest and fixed what was actually broke. What an awesome honest company. Called this company out to fix master shower. They came out gave me a great price and fixed the part. Two days later the shower was having the same problem again. Called them back the plumber came out replaced the parts happily. Called the parts and labor under warranty didn't charge anything else.
