Kindness is not an easy find. Compassion is even harder. But I thank God that I found Julio & Jesryn Construction today. I needed serious snow removal quickly. Other companies were 2 days out with appointments. Julio and his Jesryn colleagues responded so quickly and completed the work in remarkable timing and for an amazing price. He then gave some needed advice for our driveway. My son's car was stuck at the bottom of our hill; they saw me struggling and helped with no reservations. When you are searching for a contractor and you do not have a referral from a friend, you are pretty much at the mercy of the internet, and/or luck. After some research, I hired Jesryn General Contractor LLC to remove and install a French door and to fill in hardwood flooring for a small area of a bedroom.

This was supposed to be a two-day project. However, it quickly turned into an almost 2-week project! Once Julio removed the door, things changed…for the worst and then got better. He could have just completed the job he was contracted for, but he explained that he found major water damage. He said he could not in good faith just install the door. Sharing this unfortunate information could have made me stop the project immediately and sharing this unfortunate information could have loss money for his company, but it's not solely about the money for Julio, it’s more about integrity. His reputation of trying to always do what is right and do it well.

So, he removed and replaced all of the rotted wood first. Julio told me not to worry, he would work with me, and he would make sure everything was completed accurately, efficiently and that I would be very pleased with the results. He was right. I love the outcome!

I never had to wonder what was going on, Julio communicated every step of the way, and he even took pictures. His team, Diego and Julio Jr., were punctual, professional and very easy to work with.
