Testimonial Project Type Home Owner
In November 2017 I decided to invest in a new roof for my primary residence. A metal roofing system—after considering durability, efficiency, and cost comparisons—was the obvious optimum solution for me.

After doing some research; talking to Phoenix area metal roofing companies; and obtaining an on-site estimate; I did not feel comfortable making such a big investment without being certain about selecting a trustworthy and professional company.

For this reason I contacted one of the major manufacturers of metal roof panels and asked for guidance locating an installer. They referred me to their Phoenix area distributor.

Without hesitation the distributor recommended Doug Carter, owner of Elevated Metal, for his knowledge, experience, and proven history of completing successful projects.

Working with Doug was a positive and painless experience. He is a good communicator, flexible, and he is not pushy!

When inspecting my roof for the estimate, Doug thoroughly answered all my questions and provided pros and cons explaining things using examples from past roof projects.

Doug took the time to offer suggestions about better ways to mount my AC units, metal trim options, roof pitch and drainage concerns. No other company took the time to notice and cover these items.

Once the job started Doug stayed on track with progress and the completion of the job. He kept me informed along the way, and always responded quickly to questions as they came up.

The construction staff were professional and worked closely with Doug who was at the job site regularly doing inspections as the project progressed.

At the completion of the job Doug scheduled a walk through—he went over the finished product and asked for questions, concerns, or requests, to ensure I was completely satisfied.

Making a big investment in a home should be a positive experience that, in the end, you feel was worth doing and can be proud of. That describes my experience with Elevated Metal.

It is rare to hire a contractor with so much experience and knowledge, who takes pride in their work, and strives to have a good working relationship with the customer.
